Refund Policy

Registration and Payment
For all programs, a deposit of $2,000 USD per person is required at the time of booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.If a reservation is made within 90 days of the trip, the full payment must be made at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing, and the following conditions apply:

• 90 days or more prior to the trip: $500 USD cancellation fee per person.
• 89–60 days prior to the trip: 20% of the total program price will be retained.
• 59–30 days prior to the trip: 50% of the total program price will be retained.
• 29 days or less prior to the trip: 100% of the total program price will be retained.

Claims and Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for any missed services, except in cases of verifiable extenuating circumstances.

All claims must be submitted in writing via email and within the designated time frame to be considered for review.
