By finalizing your booking with Baitytours, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms provided during the booking process. This agreement constitutes a legal understanding between Baitytours and you. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unacceptable, you agree to resolve such issues through appropriate legal channels.

1. Deposit and Payment:

• A deposit of $50 per person is required to confirm your reservation.
• Final payment is due 90 days before the departure date or at the beginning of the trip, whichever occurs first. If the reservation is made within the 90-day period, full payment is required immediately.

2. What’s Included:

• Hotel accommodations and cruises
• Three meals per day
• Fully guided excursions as outlined in the itinerary
• Park entry fees and related costs
• Luggage handling services
• Airport transfers (if applicable)
• Domestic flights within the destination (if applicable)

3. What’s Not Included:

• Travel insurance
• International airfare
• Visa fees
• Airport departure or arrival taxes
• Excess baggage fees
• Personal expenses (e.g., laundry, special services, alcohol, etc.)

Note: Any additional expenses incurred during the trip are not covered by Baitytours.

4. Program Modifications:

Baitytours reserves the right to modify, delete, or add to program itineraries, including sightseeing activities, hotels, flights, and transport due to unforeseen circumstances. Baitytours will make reasonable efforts to operate the program as planned but cannot be held responsible for changes caused by circumstances beyond its control.

5. Air Transportation:

• Baitytours is responsible only for domestic flights.
• International flights are not included in the price of the program.
• Domestic flights are non-refundable once final payment is made.
• Baitytours is not responsible for delays or cancellations of international flights, and we do not cover any issues related to flight schedules, name changes, or other airline-related issues.

6. Baggage:

• Two pieces of luggage per person are included in the service provided by Baitytours.
• Baitytours is not responsible for baggage loss, damage, or theft during travel, whether international or domestic.
• For additional luggage, guests must provide details of weight and dimensions prior to travel.

7. Pricing and Payment Terms:

• Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise specified.

8. Children’s Policy:

• Children under the age of 12 are not accepted on tours.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Baitytours is not responsible for the care or supervision of children during the tour.
• If traveling with children, you must carry the appropriate documentation proving parental or guardian consent.

9. Fitness to Travel:

• Certain activities may require a minimum age or a certain level of fitness. By booking, guests confirm they are physically and emotionally fit to participate. Baitytours reserves the right to deny participation if a guest is deemed unfit for specific activities.

10. Insurance:

• Travel insurance is not included in the program price. Guests are responsible for obtaining personal travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend guests contact their insurance providers before traveling.

11. Passport and Visa Requirements:

• Guests are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from the date of travel. Visa requirements vary by country, and it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they meet all visa requirements for entry. Baitytours does not provide visa services.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registration and Payment
A deposit of $2,000 USD per person is required at the time of booking for all programs. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.
If a reservation is made within 90 days of the trip, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, phone, or mail. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 91 days or more prior to departure: $500 USD cancellation fee per person.
• 90–60 days prior to departure: 20% of the total program cost will be retained.
• 59–30 days prior to departure: 50% of the total program cost will be retained.
• 29 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total program cost will be retained.

Claims and Refunds
Refunds are not provided for any missed services, except in cases of verified extenuating circumstances. All claims must be submitted in writing via email within the designated timeframe to be considered for review.

Health and Safety Disclaimer
Guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including potential exposure to infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Baitytours assumes no liability for illness, injury, or death resulting from such exposure. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19, during the trip. Baitytours is not liable for any illness, injury, or death related to such exposure.

13. Guest Responsibilities:

• Guests assume full responsibility for any cancellations, delays, or changes to the trip due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel properties, cruise ships, transportation, or other facilities during the trip.

14. Force Majeure:

• Baitytours is not liable for any circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or weather conditions that may impact the program or travel arrangements.

15. Additional Activities:

• If guests choose to participate in additional activities during the trip (e.g., hot air balloon rides, motorboat tours), Baitytours is not responsible for accidents or incidents related to these activities.

16. Governing Law:

• Any disputes or legal actions arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey.
